This Men’s Psychotherapy Process Group will provide the space and opportunity to authentically connect men with each other, and replace our sometimes felt sense of isolation with support, trust and a sense of true camaraderie. Group members will have the opportunity to strengthen interpersonal and leadership skills, while building confidence in a structured and supportive community of dedicated and loving male comrades.

The group is led by Dr. Jesse Rentz, licensed in both California and Tennessee, and is held Wednesdays from 5:00 to 6:30 pm PST (8:00-9:430 pm EST), via secure video link to be provided.

The benefits of the Virtual Men’s Group include:

  • Cultivation of honest, secure relating to enhance one’s ability to give and receive love
  • Enhancement of empathy for one’s fellow man
  • Deepen ability to share the experience of wounds, pain and struggles as a means for connection, not separation
  • Exploration of the profound effects of shame and how honest, vulnerable engagement weakens shame’s effects while unlocking the innate courage lurking right beneath it
  • Sharing of difficulties in personal and professional relationships to practice more effective ways of managing or resolving them
